摘要： 目前高校图书馆普遍面临经费短缺问题，基于此，文章通过对南京7所高校图书馆文献资源建设现状、经费来源、经费布局、经费影响因素等方面的调查，分析了目前我国高校图书馆经费配置方面存在的问题，并在此基础上从资源和读者需求2个方面提出了合理分配文献经费的对策建议。

Abstract: The current university libraries facing funding shortage. Through the survey of literature resources construction situation, sources of funds, the layout of funds, influence factors of funds in seven university libraries in Nanjing, the paper analyzes the current library funds allocation problems of our country universities, and offers some suggestions, like to allocate literature expenditure, based on resources and readers' demand.
