摘要: 职业认同对于高校辅导员自身的成长、高校辅导员队伍建设和高等教育人才培养有着非常重要的意义。用马斯洛的需要层次理论来衡量目前高校辅导员的现状,辅导员的生理需要、安全需要等初级需求都无法得到满足。要让辅导员更好地走向“专家化、职业化”,就应当为辅导员“减负”,提高他们的收入待遇,构建一个三维一体的平台,为辅导员更好地满足“自我实现”的需要打下基础。文章对此进行了阐述。

Abstract: Professional self-identity is very important for the growth of college and university counselors.Using Maslow’s needs-hierarchy theory to measure the current situation of college and university counselors, their physiological needs, safety needs and other primary needs are not fulfilled now. The paper tries to provide some advice for improving counselors’ self-identity, for example, to alleviate counselors’ burden, to rise their payment and to construct a three-dimensional integrated platform, aiming to lay a foundation for counselors' self-identity.
