摘要： 辅导员处于高校学生管理工作第一线，是展开大学生思想教育的中坚力量，也是大学生健康成长的引路人和指导者，对提高高校人才发展起举足轻重作用。文章在分析我国高校辅导员制度的历史发展和工作职责的基础上，分别从专业性、职业性、归属感3个方面提出问题，并对提高我国高校辅导员管理工作的建议进行了阐释。

Abstract: Counselors is the backbone of expanding the education of ideological education, and they also are guiders for healthy growth and mentors of college students, who play a decisive role to improve talent development of colleges. Based on the analysis of historical development and job duties of college counselors system, we put forward three questions respectively from professional and occupational perspectives, and explaining suggestions of college counselors management.
