摘要： 辅导员是高校危机管理工作的重要力量，他们的危机管理能力是否适应时代的要求和科技的进步，是影响其工作成效的关键因素。文章认为培养和提升辅导员线上和线下表达沟通能力、虚拟和现实信息判断能力和群内群外同步转化处理能力，需要不断更新观念，学习先进技术，建立规范的培训制度。

Abstract: The counselor in University plays an important role in crisis management work; it is the key factor affecting their work performance by adapting to the request of the ages and the progress of science and technology. To cultivate and promote the counselor's capacity of communication, judgment and management, it is necessary to constantly renew the concept, to learn advanced technology and to establish a standardized training system.
