摘要： 知识经济时代背景下，高校图书馆在管理体制、经费、资源、人才等方面仍存在不足。文章提出高校图书馆只有推行绩效管理、创新服务方式、拓展服务领域、强化队伍建设才能有效应对发展中存在的问题。

Abstract: Under the background of knowledge economy era, there are still some problems in the management systems, funds, resources, talents and so on. The article puts forward university libraries should carry out the performance management and innovate service modes, expand the service fields, and strengthen team construction.
