摘要： 我国高校的科研团队存在着诸多问题，这些问题阻碍了我国高校科研合作的高效开展。文章首先对我国高校科研团队存在的问题进行剖析，在此基础上，提出了相应的对策建议。

Abstract: Scientific research team in colleges exists many problems ,these problems hinders the efficiency of scientific research. This paper first analyzes the problems existing in the scientific research team of the colleges in our country,then based on this,puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and recommendations.
