地方理工类高校科研团队建设现状与策略探讨

摘要: 地方理工类高校是服务区域经济和推动行业技术发展的重要力量.地方理工类高校在从教学型大学向教学研究型大学转型后,科研创新工作遇到了发展瓶颈,最重要的就是缺少科研团队建设.文章分析了地方理工类高校科研团队建设中的普遍问题:缺乏团队带头人,缺少孕育科研团队的环境,团队结构不合理;并针对科研团队的带头人培育、合理架构组建、团队评价和激励体系建立及团队文化培养等建设策略进行了探讨.

Abstract: The local science and engineering university gives an important force in the development of regional economy and industry technology. After the transition from teaching university to teaching-research university ,the bottleneck in the process of research and innovation work appears ,due to the lack of building research team. This paper analyzes the current situation in the process of building research team in local science and engineering university:lack of team leaders,lack of breeding environment for the research team,and irrational team structure. A discussion is done on the cultivation method of team leaders ,reasonable structure of the research team ,evaluation and incentives system on the teams,as well as incentive system establishment and fostering on team culture.
