摘要： 院校是人才培养的摇篮，科研团队作为院校科研的核心力量，对提升院校综合竞争力而言至关重要。当前由于历史问题、理念滞后、文化因素等原因，院校科研团队建设存在人员构成单一、团队凝聚力不足等问题，文章认为可以通过优化团队组织结构、建立完善的管理机制等促进团队创新发展。

Abstract: Colleges and universities are the cradle of personnel training, scientific research team as a core strength of research institutions, it is essential to enhance the competitiveness of institutions concerned. Due to the current historical issues, ideas lag, cultural factors and other reasons, the presence of personnel constitute a single, lack of team cohesion issues such as team building research institutions, by optimizing the organizational structure of the team, establish and improve the management mechanism to promote innovation and development team.
