摘要： 明确江苏战略性新兴产业技术创新发展状况对“新常态”背景下全面贯彻落实创新驱动发展战略具有重要现实意义。文章分析了江苏战略性新兴产业技术创新中存在的发展水平有待提高、创新型旗舰企业发展不足、战略性新兴产业创投规模偏小、产业技术创新发展不平衡等问题，提出了加强产业技术创新统筹规划、打造创新型企业集群、加快构筑产业技术创新人才高地、加快建设高水平产业技术创新载体、优化区域技术创新布局、加快战略性新兴产业科技金融市场培育等建议。

Abstract: Technology innovation of strategic emerging industries plays an important role in the implementing of innovation-driven development strategy under the background of “new normal”. This paper analyzes the status of strategic emerging industries technology innovation in Jiangsu Province. There exists problems such as low development level,insufficient of innovation flagship enterprises,small scale of strategic emerging industries venture capital, imbalance of industry technology innovation development. The paper points out recommends that strengthening industry technology innovation planning,building innovation enterprise cluster,talent highland,and high-level industry technology innovation platform,optimizing regional technology innovation layout,and speeding up strategic emerging industries venture capital markets.
