摘要： 加快战略性新产业发展，对于促进产业结构调整、转变经济发展方式具有重要作用。南京作为长三角地区的核心城市，2012年已明确提出要根据自身产业基础和条件，重点发展战略性新兴产业。据此，文章结合2015年南京市战略性新兴产业发展数据，详细分析战略性新兴产业的发展现状，并提出相应的对策建议，以期为政府部门制定科学合理的战略性新兴产业发展规划提供可供借鉴的参考依据。

Abstract: It has an important role to accelerate the development of strategic emerging industries for promoting the adjustment of industrial structure, and changing the mode of economic development. As the core city of the Yangtze River Delta, Nanjing has made it clear that in accordance with its own industrial base and conditions, it needs to focus on the development of strategic emerging industries. Accordingly, combining the data of the development of strategic emerging industries in Nanjing city in 2012, this paper gives a detailed analysis of the current situation of the strategic emerging industries and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions in order to provide reference basis for the government to establish a scientific development plan for strategic emerging industries.
