摘要： 建设环境是"双师型"教师团队建设的重要影响因素,在团队的均衡发展及形成合力方面发挥着巨大作用,必须建立健全积极的环境机制,确保专业核心力的可持续发展.文章对职业学校"双师型"教师团队建设进行了探析.

Abstract: The environment which teachers worked in is a main influencing factor when it comes to teachers 'team construction program. And it matters a lot in the balanced development and cohesive power of teachers 'team construction. Therefore, the paper explores the team construction of "double qualifications" teachers in vocational schools and indicates that we should make sure the sustainable development of teachers 'professional core competency with a positive environment mechanism.
