摘要： 企业信息化规划是企业战略研究的重要内容,对企业信息化的发展至关重要.文章在基于TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework)的企业信息化规划法的研究基础上,对现有的几种常用的规划方法进行比较,研究出符合现有企业发展的规划模型,结合J企业信息化规划的实例,进行业务建模研究和应用架构研究.信息化规划的实践表明,该方法非常有效地提高了企业信息化规划速度,降低了企业信息化规划和实施的风险,满足企业的信息化规划需求.

Abstract: Planning the information in enterprise is an important content of strategic study for the enterprise.And ,it is also important for the develop of the enterprise in its informatisation.In this paper ,based on the reserch of TOGAF-based enterprise informatisation planning and centring in enterprise system planning approach ,choose the one of the best coform to the develop of enterprise from overall architecture to information system.Moreover in conjunction with practical cases of rail trans it informatization planning ,we studies the business modelling and application architecture.Practice in informatisation planning demonstrated that this method can greatly improve the efficiency of enterprise informatisantion architecture planning and implementation and reduce the risk in business modelling of enterprise informatisation,it is also adaptable to the planning and constrction of enterprise informatisation architecture.
