摘要： 文章融合了职业生涯规划、关键绩效考核、自媒体技术，结合实际工作经验，提出了过程可控的个性化就业指导方案，对传统就业指导模式的广度和深度进行了拓展。

Abstract: This study combineing career planning, key performance appraisal and self-media technology, considering practical experience, puts forward a personalized and controllable employment guidance scheme, and expand the breadth and depth of traditional employment guidance mode.
