新型塑料电力金具材料的制备及性能研究

摘要: 文章通过研究GF/PA66复合材料的长期耐水解和光、热老化性能,制备满足电力金具要求的GF/PA66复合材料。研究表明,普通玻纤增强PA66复合材料在醇、光照和热的作用下极易降解,强度损失均超过30%,难以替代铝合金作为电力金具材料使用,而抗水解玻纤和自制耐水解改性剂降低了材料重量的变化,提高了性能保持率,在此基础上使用耐老化母粒后,材料热老化后的性能最大损失率为16.7%,光老化后的性能最大损失率为19%。

Abstract: The article prepared GF/PA66 composite materials to meat the requirements for electric power fittings by studying its resistance of hyclrolysis ,thermal anel light. The study shows that the properties losses of common GF/PA66 composites are all more than 30%,which is difficult to meets the requirement of power fittings materials. The hydrolysis-resistant glass fiber and self-made masterbatch are useful to keep performance for the decrease of weight change. Based on this,self-made aging masterbatch furtherly leads the maximum loss rate of properties is 16.7%undergoing thermal aging and 19%by light aging.
