摘要： 文章借鉴了发布/订阅技术的思想,设计了房产信息集成平台.它提供了松散耦合的数据集成方式,帮助使用者在浩瀚的信息中根据自身的需求筛选有价值的信息,提升了信息的有效性和准确性.同时,在用户认证及信息网络传输的过程中使用PKI等加密技术,可以很好地满足身份认证、完整性保护及不可抵赖验证等信息安全需求.

Abstract: In this paper designs a housing information integrated platform using the idea of publishing/subscription technology. It provides a loosely coupled data integration method which helps users to filter the valuable information according to their own needs and make the information efficiency and accuracy. Also ,it can achieve authentication and integrity protection and non-repudiation authentication using PKI and other encryption technology in the process of user authentication and information network transmission.
