摘要： 文章在现有平台建设的基础上分析了平台网络的建设意义，提出科技创业公共服务平台网络的建设目标与思路，从协同机制、特色业务、能力建设三个方面阐述了平台网络的建设内容，并描述了建成后的预期成效。

Abstract: This article analyzed significance of the platform network,proposed goals and ideas of the platform network of technology entrepreneurs public service.Simultaneously,it elaborated the content in synergetic mechanism,characteristic business and capacity building and described the expected results.
