摘要: 国际货运代理行业是物流领域重要的一份子,随着世界经济格局的不断变化,国际货运行业市场也跌宕起伏。国际市场大型物流企业的激烈竞争,收购合并盛行。国内市场由于起步晚,良莠不齐,在经济市场动荡的这些年也经历了洗牌、优胜劣汰,一大部分不具有竞争能力的企业相继消失,留存的企业在发展中不断壮大。无论是中国本土还是大型外资的国际货运代理企业,如何提供高质量服务,为客户提供更有价值的服务,可持续的发展成为现阶段最重要的目标。文章从国际货运代理企业主营业产品所提供的服务入手,分析如何结合基本业务,扩展增值服务,针对不同行业客户不同需求进行服务产品的组合和个性化设计,进而提供更加人性化的服务方案,提升服务质量,增加本企业核心竞争能力。

Abstract: Global forwarding act a very important role in logistics area ,it also spent an ups and downs periods along with global economy unstable wave. In international market, we are facing fierce competition and continuous Merger& Acquisition. Not so many excellent forwarding enterprises in Chinese market due to logistics industry late start here. Amount of forwarding enterprises bankrupted or purchased by others already. Competitive ones survival and developing step by step. Whomever so far, global group enterprises or local companies, sustainable development is become a main target for global forwarding industry.This paper considers all type of services forwarding can provide:basic agent services, value added services, discuss on how to design the best proper logistic combination solution for different customers with different requirements. In order that forwarding enterprise not only can provide humanist and high quality service, but also can enhance core competitiveness by itself.
