摘要： 文章着眼于西部重化工业的实际,对有色冶金产业、石油化工产业、能源产业、装备制造产业等传统重化产业进行了布局分析.并从产业布局优化的角度出发,结合丝绸之路经济带的发展契机,对当前经济新形势下西部重化产业的布局优化提出相关政策建议.

Abstract: Focusing on the actual situation of Western Heavy Chemical Industry,this paper analyzes the distribution of traditional heavy chemical industry like nonferrous metallurgy industry,petrochemical industry,energy industry and equipment manufacturing industry. From the perspective of industrial layout optimization and combining with the development of the Silk Road Economic Belt,the paper also puts forward relevant policy recommendations on distribution optimization of western heavy chemical industry under the current economic situation.
