摘要： 高校图书馆是全校的文献情报中心，是为教学和科研服务的学术性机构，数字化技术迫使图书馆向数字化转型。文章从纸质图书的采购现状、数字化的必要性、功能需求、数字化的意义及存在的问题等角度综合分析了南京工业大学馆藏数字化项目的实践过程。

Abstract: University library is the literature information center of the school ,is the academic institution for teaching and scientific research.Digitization technology force tradional library transform to digital library. The paper analyzes the practice processes of Nanjing Tech University from the point of purchase status ,the necessity of the digitalization, the functional requirements ,the significance and existing questions of the digitalization.
