摘要： 文章以广西南宁市为期16个月的综合示范村建设大会战为例，从公共管理学的视角，深入归纳总结了建设过程中所取得的宝贵经验，剖析了存在的问题和不足，提出今后的改进措施和建议，试图为我国南方欠发达地区加快推进新农村建设、完善农村社会治理的实践活动提供有益的参考和借鉴。

关键词: 新农村建设, 综合示范村

Abstract: The article mainly introduce the situation of new countryside construction in developing region in southern China. The analysis of article exemplified by construction of comprehensive model village in Nanning, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, summarizes its achievement and point out its shortcomings with public management sight. In order to accelerating the new countryside construction and perfecting the rural social governance, author personally put forward a proposal of some suggestive measures in research field of new countryside construction in mainland China.
