摘要：

党的十九大报告提出,建立以企业为主体、市场为导向、产学研深度融合的技术创新体系,促进科技成果转化。全国各地建设了众多产学研线上服务平台,旨在打通解决科技成果转化“最后一公里”问题的渠道。文章以江苏省生产力促进中心建设的技联在线平台为例,系统阐述其构建的产学研线上服务体系,对于相关单位建设产学研合作、成果转化线上平台有很好的借鉴意义。

Abstract:

The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that we should establish a technological innovation system with enterprises as the main body, market-oriented and deep integration of industry, education and research to promote technology transfer.Many online service platforms have been built all over the country, aiming at solving the problem of “the last kilometer” of technology transfer.Taking the online platform of Jilianonline built by Jiangsu Productivity Promotion Center as an example, this paper systematically elaborates the online service system, which has a good reference significance for relevant units to build such online platform.
