摘要:

2016年9月9日至11日,“天河工程论证启动会” 暨第一次专家组会议在青海省西宁市举行,该项目意在采用人工干预的方式,搭建空中水汽输送通道,实现跨流域空中调水。文章分析了基于人工干预输送轨道的“天河工程”可行性。

Abstract:

From September 9th to 11th, 2016, the “Sky River Project Argument Launching Meeting” and the first expert group meeting were held in Xining city, Qinghai province. The project is intended to use artificial intervention to build an air and water transport channel to achieve cross-basin water transfer in the air. This paper analyzes the feasibility of the “Sky River Project” based on manual intervention of the transport track.
