摘要：

高校毕业生是宝贵的人才资源,就业是最大的民生。江苏高度重视高校毕业生就业工作,制定出台了一系列政策措施,引导和鼓励高校毕业生到基层成长成才,发挥高校毕业生在促进基层经济社会发展中的作用。文章总结了江苏引导高校毕业生到基层工作的主要做法和典型案例,剖析了当前高校毕业生到基层工作的主要障碍,提出了推动江苏高校毕业生到基层工作的对策建议,为政府部门制定政策提供参考。

Abstract:

College graduates are valuable human resources. Employment is the biggest livelihood of the people. Government of Jiangsu province are paying high attention to the employment of college graduates, and formulates and promulgates a series of policies which aim to lead college graduates to the grassroots organizations and promoting the development of economy and society. This paper summarizes the main methods and the typical cases of Jiangsu province, and analyses the main obstacles to give suggestions and reference for the government for better policies.
