摘要:

文章对22CrMoH钢齿轮经过渗碳淬火低温回火后出现粗大组织的现象进行了分析,并采取了相应的工艺改进措施。结果表明,杜绝元素偏析严重、奥氏体晶粒粗大的齿轮原材料流入生产;严格控制齿轮流转的各热加工工序特别是对锻造温度的控制;在机加工和渗碳淬火低温回火之前加一道等温正火工艺,都能有效控制齿轮组织粗大,保证齿轮产品质量。

Abstract:

This paper is analyzed the phenomenon of coarse microstructure of 22CrMoH steel gear after carburizing and quenching tempering. The results showed that in order to effectively control gear coarse microstructure, ensure the quality of gear products, the gear raw materials of elements segregation seriously and austenitic coarse microstructure must be eliminated into the production; The hot working process ,especially the forging temperature, must be Strictly controlled; The isothermal normalizing process must be added before machining and carburizing and quenching and low temperature tempering.
