摘要： “村村响”广播系统是农村基层政务信息发布、政策宣传和灾害预警平台,对构建农村公共服务体系,丰富农村的精神文化生活有着积极意义。国家对“村村响”农村应急广播系统在完善建设实施中,这种拥有高效、安全并且及时的预警功能在对自然灾害的防范和国家抗灾减灾的建设工作中有着非常重要的意义。

关键词: 农村, 应急广播, 公共服务体系

Abstract: The “village and village sound” broadcasting system is a platform for rural grass-roots government affairs information release, policy publicity and disaster early warning, which has a positive significance for the construction of a rural public service system and enriching the rural spiritual and cultural life.In the construction and implementation of the rural emergency broadcasting system for “village and village sound”, this efficient, safe and timely early warning function has great significance in the prevention of natural disasters and the construction of national disaster resistance and reduction.
