摘要： 作为现代农业发展的重要组织形式，各地政府一直大力支持和发展家庭农场。沭阳县地处江苏北部，农业人口达129万，近年来也逐步由传统小农经济转向以花木类为主的家庭农场。但在家庭农场的发展过程中，融资问题一直悬而未决，对家庭农场的进一步发展也造成了阻碍。为此，课题组对沭阳地区家庭农场发展的融资难等问题进行了调研，文章针对当地具体情况提出了相应的建议。

Abstract: As an important organization of modern agricultural development, local government always vigorously supports and develops the family farm. Shuyang, which has 1.29 million agricultural population, is located in the north of Jiangsu province. In recent years, Shuyang has gradually turned to developing family farms which mainly plant flowers and trees. However, in the developing progress of family farm, financing problems are still unsolved, being adverse to further development. Therefore, our research group investigates financing problems of family farms in Shuyang and puts forward corresponding suggestions according to local specific conditions.
