新疆某公立医院招聘效果分析

Analysis on Recruitment Effect of a Public Hospital in Xinjiang

摘要: 为分析新疆某公立医院近5年人员招聘情况及招聘效果,文章在该院人事部门收集所需数据,对重点科室负责人进行访谈。结果显示,该三甲医院近5年招录各岗位人员数差距较大,2012年达到峰值;2011年来院的人员中离职的最多,有8人,其余年份为2~3人,且离职人员大部分为护理人员及后勤人员;不同岗位、不同学历招录人员的离职原因各不相同。文章最后得出结论,在招聘中,应考虑计划性招聘,建立招聘评估体系,提高新职工待遇。

Abstract: In order to analyze recruitment situation and recruitment effect of a public hospital in Xinjiang in recent 5 years,the paper collects the data from the hospital personnel department,and interview the people of the key departments.The results show that in recent 5 years ,the gap of recruitments number is large ,peaked in 2012;the quit number is maximum in 2011,8 people,the rest of the year are 2 to 3 people,and the majority quit staffs are nurses and logistics personnel;causes of resignation are different in different positions and different degree. In the end ,the paper draws the conclusion:in the recruitment plan,the hospital should consider the planned recruitment, establish recruitment evaluation system ,improve the treatment of workers.
