摘要：

40年来,天津创新体系建设与经济建设比肩同行,走出了一条独具特色的创新体系建设之路。文章全面梳理了自改革开放以来天津市创新体系的发展历程与建设进展,认真总结了40年来的实践经验,并结合新时代的新要求提出了下一步天津创新体系发展的对策与建议。

Abstract:

In the past 40 years, the innovation system construction in Tianjin has been closely linking with its economic construction, and has taken a unique road with Tianjin characteristics. This paper gives a comprehensive overview of the development process and construction progress of Tianjin’s innovation system since China’s reform and opening up, sums up its practical experience in the past 40 years, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the future development of the city’s innovation system combining with the new requirements of the new era.
