摘要： 援疆政策古来有之。文章通过梳理回顾我国的援疆政策，分析评价实施援疆政策所取得的成就，并对援疆现状中存在的问题进行了概述，建议政府在宏观层面重视援疆工作的同时，也能够针对性地注重解决援疆工作中存在的具体问题，从而为进一步提高援疆效率提供参考依据。
Abstract: In ancient times, aid policy has been in Xinjiang. In this paper, the author suggested that the government attaches great importance to the aid of Xinjiang at the macro level of work, can also be targeted focus on solving specific problems that exist in the aid work in Xinjiang at the same time by reviewing China's aid policy, analyzing and evaluating the implementation of aid policy achievements and problems existing in the present situation in Xinjiang. In order to provide reference basis for improving the assistance efficiency in Xinjiang.
