摘要： 伴随互联网时代的来临，“互联网+”这种全新的经济业态逐渐融入人们的生活。文章重点介绍了“互联网+”的概念，分析了“互联网+检测”与传统检测的区别，并以金册网为例，着重论述了在“互联网+”背景下江苏省科技创新平台建设的发展现状和趋势，探寻科技创新服务的可持续发展模式。

Abstract: With the advent of the Internet era, the new economic format of “Internet +”is gradually integrated into people’s life. This paper introduces the concept of“Internet+”, analyzes the differences between“Internet+detection”and traditional detection, focuses on the current situation and development trend of science and technology innovation platform construction in Jiangsu province under the background of “Internet+”by taking Jin Ce web for example. The paper also explores the sustainable development model of science and technology innovation service.
