摘要： 文章通过分析农村图书馆事业发展滞缓的现状，以及农家书屋发展中存在的问题，阐述了公共图书馆与农家书屋优势互补服务农村基层文化事业的必要性和可行性，并结合实际就二者如何协调共同服务农村文化提出了建议。

Abstract: This paper analyzes the status of the slow development of rural libraries and some problems existed in village libraries. The paper mainly expounds the necessity and feasibility of developing rural culture by the complementary advantages of public libraries and village libraries, and brings up some suggestions about coordinating public libraries and village libraries according to practical situation.
