摘要: 老年大学的群体特殊性决定了老年大学必须采用“以人为本”的管理理念。秦淮社区老年大学在深入调查研究的基础上,提出了“以人为本”的教育教学管理模式。文章阐述了在此理念指导下,老年大学要知人善“教”,寻求“差异化”教学管理的“最大公约数”;同时在教育教学管理中,要推行顾问式服务,让学员产生归属感,从而激发老年大学教育教学工作的活力。

Abstract: The particularity of the group of the elderly college decides the management idea of the college must adopt principle of “human centered”. On the basis of thorough investigation and study, the Qinhuai community elderly college puts forward the “human centered”education and teaching management mode. Under the guidance of this idea, the college should seek the “greatest common divisor”among “differences”of the teaching management;and consulting service can be promoted in the education and teaching management, so that students have a sense of belonging, which can stimulate the vitality of the elderly college education and teaching.
