摘要： 近年来,葛塘街道社区教育中心紧紧围绕"大力开展社区教育,促进地方经济发展"的工作目标,积极整合教育资源,协同街道各部门开展基于全面提高社区居民综合素质和生活质量为目的的多门类、多层次、多形式的社区教育培训,极大地提高了社区居民的劳动技能和个人素养,改善了当地居民的物质生活和精神生活,为构建和谐社会做出了不懈努力.文章对社区教育的开展实践进行了研究.

Abstract: In recent years,the community education center in Getang Street has been actively integrating educational resources to promote the regional economy development with other administrations in the street. These activities mainly focus on community education training of different categories and all levels and multi-forms ,in order to thoroughly promote residents'comprehensive quality and living quality. By practicing those activities,local residents' labor skills are greatly improved and their living conditions and spiritual life get big progress. The paper exploring on the community education practice aims to make a bit of contribution to harmonious society construction.
