摘要： 在当前党中央提出的“万众创业，大众创新”的新形势下，地方本科院校图书馆面对全新的服务定位，需要采用新的策略来应对其改革。文章旨在探讨分析当前地方本科院校图书馆转型的紧迫性和必要性，提出地方本科院校图书馆转型发展的方向及其措施，并指出地方本科院校图书馆在除了围绕学校的人才培养目标外，应该积极转变工作思路，服务地方经济建设，为创业创新人员提供快捷可靠的理论支撑，为万众创业、创新提供先期的理论指导和规划。

Abstract: In the new situation of the Party Central Committee putting forward“massive entrepreneurship and innovation”, the local university library faces the new service orientation, and needs new strategies to deal with its reform. This paper aims to discuss the urgency and necessity of the transition of the local university library, and propose directions and measures. Meanwhile, it points out that the local university library should actively change work ideas, offer service for local economic construction and should provide reliable theoretical support and advanced theoretical guidance and planning for entrepreneurial innovation personnel.
