合肥跨境电子商务综合试验区的发展对策研究

摘要： 合肥跨境电子商务综合试验区发展迅速，但也面临主体相对薄弱、跨境物流发展缓慢、专业人才缺乏等问题。文章针对上述问题提出以下建议：成立高规格的组织机构，培育具备区域特色的电商产业链；拓展跨境物流通道，建立完善的跨境物流体系；加快引进和培养跨境电子商务综合性人才，以期促进合肥市跨境电子商务更快更好地发展。

Abstract: Hefei Cross-border E-commerce Comprehensive Pilot Zone is developing rapidly, but it also faces a lot of problems, such as the unsatisfying main part, the slow development of cross-border logistics, short of professional talents and other issues. In order to solve the above problems, this paper puts forward the following suggestions: the organization of high standard should be set up as soon as possible and the e-commerce industry chain with the regional characteristics should be encouraged; diversified cross-border logistics channels and systems should be improved; the introduction and cultivation of e-commerce talents should be encouraged to give an incentive to the better and faster development of Hefei Cross-border E-commerce Comprehensive Pilot Zone.
