摘要： 文章针对发动机汽缸盖螺栓国产化过程中，遇到疲劳极限大幅降低的问题做了原因分析，并针对原因进行了工艺改进和工艺验证，产品经过改进后满足了使用需要。

关键词: 疲劳极限, 矫直工艺

Abstract: In view of the problems of the fatigue limit reductions of the engine cylinder head bolts during the localization process, this paper analysises the reasons, and discusses the causes for process improvement and process validation. After the improvements, the products meet the use requirements.
