摘要: 文章从提高海洋灾害预警反应能力和减轻海洋灾害损失的角度出发,利用数据库技术、可视化技术、网络技术、3S技术,结合台风信息系统的及时性和准确性的需求,构建一个实时更新、强化分析的台风路径实时发布系统。该系统采集全球各大台风专业网站发布的台风数据,存储于台风综合数据库中,通过GIS和RIA技术,具备台风路径与卫星云图、气象雷达叠加显示及台风历史信息查询展示功能,为预警报技术人员对台风灾害及时做出科学研判提供了数据支撑。

Abstract: In order to improve the marine disaster early warning and response capacity and reduce the loss of marine disasters, this paper constructs a real-time update, strengthen analysis of typhoon route real-time system by combined database technology, visualization technology, network technology and 3S technology with the needs of the timeliness and accuracy of the information system of typhoon. The system obtains data issued by the professional website of global each typhoon website and stores data in the typhoon integrated database. With the technique of GIS and RIA, typhoon route and satellite image, weather radar overlay display and typhoon history information query and display functions, the system provides data support. for warning and technical personnel of the typhoon disaster to judge scientifically in time.
