摘要: 文章针对现有教学工作量计算方法的不足,提出基于小班化教学理念的教学工作量计算方法。该方法将教学改革热点小班化教学融入教学工作量计算中,弥补现有教学工作量计算方法无法诠释教师职称、课程属性的不足。

Abstract: In this paper, the study of the calculation method of teaching workload is based on the idea of small class. The teaching reform focus of small class plays an important role in the teaching workload calculation process. The teacher’s professional title and course attribute are well reflected in the study.
