江苏省城镇家庭食物消费温室气体排放研究

摘要: 家庭食物消费带来的温室气体排放对家庭低碳消费有重要影响。文章基于江苏省2005—2013年城镇家庭食物消费统计数据,对江苏省城镇家庭食物消费生命周期过程的温室气体排放进行评估。结果显示,2005—2013年期间,江苏省城镇家庭人均食物消费导致的温室气体排放增长约5.5%。其中,肉类和水产品类食物消费带来的温室气体增长占据主导作用。另外,随着江苏省城镇家庭食物消费结构的变化,植物性食物消费导致的温室气体排放比例呈逐渐下降趋势,而动物性食物消费的隐含排放比重则逐步增加。为促进家庭低碳消费,江苏省未来的食物消费应适当控制动物性食物消费。

Abstract: Greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions from household food consumption have profound impacts on household low-carbon consumption. Based on urban household food consumption data in Jiangsu province from 2005 to 2013, this paper evaluates the life-cycle GHG emissions from urban household food consumption in Jiangsu province from 2005 to 2013. Results indicate that, GHG emissions from urban household food consumption have increased about 5.5% from 2005 to 2013, which was dominated by the rise of emissions from household consumption on meat and aquatic products. Moreover, with the shift to a more animal-based westernized diet, the ratio of emissions from plant-sourced food to total food related emissions has decreased, while the proportion of emissions from animal-sourced food to total emissions has increased. To impel household low-carbon consumption, the rational control of animal-based food consumption deserves policy intervention.
