摘要： 文章从“互联网＋”时代下高校图书馆的用户行为、资源内容组成、资源安全、资源配置的合理化以及服务等方面入手，总结了目前高校图书馆资源建设与服务的优点和不足，并对其中的不足提出了相应的改进策略。

Abstract: Under the backgound of “Internet +”, this study starts with the content of user behavior, the resources of university library, and rationalization of resource security, resource configuration and service and other aspects, summarizes the current university library resources construction and service advantages and disadvantages, and puts forward the corresponding improvement strategies.
