摘要： 随着国家电网公司三集五大运作不断深化，物资集约化管理工作正朝着精细化的方向不断前进。综合评价模型是以客观评价、专家评价为基础，对电网物资供应商进行评价。文章通过定性定量分析相互结合，实现对供应商的全面、高效管理，对建立电网经营企业的供应商综合评价模型与量化分析方法具有重要的现实意义。

关键词: 物资供应商, 供应商分类指标体系, 层次分析法

Abstract: As the State Grid Corporation’s operation deepening, material intensive management is moving forward in the direction of refinement. Synthetic evaluation model is based on an objective evaluation, expert evaluation, which is for grid suppliers to carry out the evaluation. The paper tries to achieve a comprehensive, efficient management of the suppliers; and we hold the opinion that the establishment of supplier comprehensive evaluation model and quantitative analysis methods are of important practical significance for grid corporations.
