摘要： 文章研究的是基于Autoform的汽车排气歧管系统的壳型零件的冲压成型工艺模拟验证的过程与分析。通过对Autoform软件的介绍以及对模拟过程和结果的详细阐述论证了CAE分析软件在冲压件设计过程中的重要作用。文章通过具体案例的分析和描述对CAE的推广和应用起到了十分积极的推动作用，对同类型的冲压件成型工艺也具有一定的指导作用。
Abstract: This study is about stamping process simulation and verification process analysis based Autoform the shell parts. Through the introduction and elaboration of Autoform software for simulation process and results, this paper demonstrates the important role of CAE analysis software in the design process of stamping. Through the analysis and description of specific cases, the paper plays a very positive role in CAE promotion and application. It can guide the same type of stamping molding process.
