摘要： SWOT分析是组织竞争力分析的重要方法，文章利用SWOT模型分析了图书馆发展中存在的机会、优势、劣势和威胁，以期为图书馆创新服务内容、转变服务方式提供有力支持。

Abstract: The SWOT analysis is an important method to analyze organizations' competitiveness. The paper uses the SWOT model to analyze the library’s opportunities, advantages, disadvantages and threats in order to support the library service innovation.
