摘要： 在当今工学结合的办学背景下，高职院校的教学管理对于教学改革的推动和教学水平的提升都至关重要，是整个学院教学系统运转的核心。文章对国内大多数高职院校当前的教学管理现状进行了分析，提出了对教学管理进行改革与发展的对策。

Abstract: Under the condition of combination learning with working, the teaching management of higher vocational colleges is vital to drive education reform and improve current teaching level. It is the core of the whole school teaching system. In this paper, we analyze most of the current situation of teaching management in domestic higher vocational colleges, and then put forward some countermeasures to reform and develop teaching management.
