摘要： 文章从导师制的含义出发，分析了当前我国高校学生管理工作中存在的问题，并对完善导师制学生管理工作提出了几点建议。

Abstract: Starting from the connotation of tutorial system, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the current university student management work in China, and puts forward some suggestions on the student management work from the aspect of perfecting tutorial system.
