超声相控阵点聚焦检测缺陷定量精度研究

摘要: 超声相控阵点聚焦能将超声能量聚焦于被检区域,同时也会加大测量误差。文章通过模拟超声相控阵声束偏转30°、45°和60°时的声场,确定超声相控阵的能量分布状况。在此基础上,采用超声相控阵点聚焦模式对不同偏转方向上的缺陷进行了检测模拟,得到超声相控阵在点聚焦模式下缺陷偏转方向对其测量精度的影响。实验结论对超声相控阵检测具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract: In ultrasonic phased array spot focusing detection, the acoustic energy is focused in the detection area, but it also increases the measurement error. In this paper, through the sound field simulation of ultrasonic phased array, the energy distribution is obtained when ultrasonic phased array beam deflect 30°, 45°and 60°. On this basis, the simulation is calculated that defect is detected by ultrasonic phased array point focus technology when it deflects different directions. The influence is obtained that defect deflecting directions on the measuring accuracy of ultrasonic phased array spot focusing detection. The experimental results have important guiding meaning for the ultrasonic phased array inspection.
