国外CVD法制备石墨烯的创新研究

摘要: 兼具多种出色性能的神奇材料石墨烯,在传感器、透明触摸屏、光板、太阳能电池等诸多领域具有广泛的潜在应用,甚至有可能成为航空、航天、汽车、军事等领域的高性能复合材料。然而,要实现石墨烯的实际应用,首先需实现石墨烯的大规模、大面积和可控的制备。文章经研究得出,在众多制备方法当中,CVD法(化学气相沉积法)是最有可能实现这一目标的方法。

Abstract: As a wonderful material with various amazing properties, graphene has a great number of promising applications, including sensors, transparent touch screens, light panels and solar cells, and it can even serve as high-performance composites to be applied in many fields including aviation, aerospace, vehicles and military, etc. However, to realize all these real world applications, it's of critical importance to achieve large-area controllable graphene production. The article reach the conclusion after research that among many existing graphene preparation methods, chemical vapor deposition (CVD) method is of great potential to achieve this goal.
