贯穿缝合式胰肠吻合在中段胰腺切除术中的应用体会

摘要： 文章回顾性分析了2005年3月-2014年7月在中段胰腺切除术中应用贯穿缝合式胰肠吻合术行胰肠吻合的9例患者的临床资料，观察临床指标。探讨贯穿缝合式胰肠吻合在中段胰腺切除术中的临床效果并得出结论：防治胰瘘的关键是胰肠吻合的质量，贯穿缝合式胰肠吻合术值得推荐。

Abstract: This paper analyzed the medical records of 9 patients underwent PPJ in the Hospital from March ,2005 to July,2014 were analyzed retrospectively.The clinical data were observed. To evaluate the clinical efficacy of penetrating-suture type of pancreaticojejunostomy in patients underwent middle pancreatectomy. Come to conclusion:The safety of pancreaticoenterostomy is the most important factor to prevent pancreatic fistula after middle pancreatectomy,PPJ can be recommend.
