输电线路中新型万用卡具的研制与应用

摘要： 在进行220～500kV输电线路直线杆塔及耐张杆塔更换单片绝缘子的过程中，现使用传统形式的闭式卡具及子母卡具易发生不合适的情况，特别是老旧线路上的绝缘子规格众多，卡具不合屡屡皆是。针对此现状，文章介绍研制了新型万用卡具，新型卡具具有使用方便、提高安全性、便于作业、提高作业效率等优点，在柳州供电局220～500kV输电线路更换损坏绝缘子工作中得到了充分应用。

Abstract: In the process of replacing monolithic insulators of straight line towers and resistance to tension towers in 220 kV to 500 kV transmission line,there are many problems such as:the inappropriate match between the traditional forms of shut type fixture and child-mother fixture ,especially the many specifications of insulators in old line,and the unsuited fixtures. Aiming at this situation,the paper introduces a new developed universal fixture that has such advantages: the convenient use,high safety,easy operation,improving work efficiency and so on. These advantages has been fully applied to replace damaged insulators in Liuzhou Power Supply Bureau of 220 kV to 500 kV transmission line.
