摘要： 文章结合淳化街道老年学校的工作实践和相关经验,就社区教育如何开展老年教育工作进行了探索和思考.文章着重从4个方面对新形势下农村老年教育的培训实践展开思考,总结工作方式方法,旨在探索农村老年教育的新途径.

Abstract: Combining with the working experience in the school for the aged of Chunhua Street ,this paper explores the approaches of carrying out elderly training programs. This paper puts forward some suggestions for the rural elderly education training under the new situation from four aspects and summarizes the working approaches and methods,aiming to find out a new approach to implement the rural elderly education.
